How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times within Australia:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. We plan to once our brand grows.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is within Australia only.
Standard: $5.70
Express: $9.70
Occasionally, we run promotions offering free shipping within Australia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
My package hasn't arrived.
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the courier.

Are the lenses UV protected?
Yes. All Zitarri sunglasses feature UV400 protection, helping shield your eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays.

What if my sunglasses arrive damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you'd like a different style or colour, contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

We accept major credit and debit cards along with secure payment options available at checkout, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I clean my sunglasses?
Use the included microfibre cloth and lens cleaner if needed. Avoid paper towels or abrasive materials, as they may scratch the lenses.
How should I store my sunglasses?
Keep your sunglasses in their protective case when not in use to help prevent scratches and damage.
